Employment & Income Assistance Department Updates

  • Declarations & Job search forms are due by the 15th of EVERY month. Forms can be found in the lobby of the Band office until the end of day on the 15th.
  • Please to stop by the office during regular business hours to complete forms & to ensure there is no delay in receiving your cheque!
  • Cheques will no longer be released to anyone without prior written approval.

*Due to the high volume of clients, Income Assistance will NOT be answering the phone or emails on cheque distribution day*

 

Reminder about memo from June’s Newsletter from CFO Greg Diemer re: Direct deposit

“SȾÁUTW̱ First Nation is moving to direct deposit for all payments made by Band Administration. This means that anyone receiving a payment from the Nation will need to have their direct deposit information on file.”
